UX Case Study | In Progress

Designing a supportive digital experience to help individuals navigate chronic illness flare days with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional support.

Current Stage:
Research & Discovery

Project Overview

Solace is a concept project focused on supporting individuals living with chronic illnesses. Through preliminary research, I explored the challenges users face during flare days, including physical symptoms, emotional overwhelm, difficulty communicating needs, and managing daily responsibilities.

Research Highlights

• Conducted surveys and gathered feedback from individuals living with chronic illnesses
• Identified recurring themes around symptom tracking, emotional support, communication, and daily planning
• Analyzed user pain points and opportunities for creating a more supportive experience

What’s Next?

• Define user personas and key user journeys
• Develop information architecture and user flows
• Create wireframes and prototype concepts
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs

This case study is currently being developed as part of my UX design portfolio. Check back soon for updates.
